Due to our power outages I was asked to go to the Plano office for my appointment. I went to the Plano office for my appointment where I was told that I was not seeing my doctor but who ever was in the office. I thought this was poor customer service for not telling me my appointment was with someone else and not my doctor. I could have then just rescheduled my appointment later in the Dallas office.
I was referred to KE by a friend and was able to schedule my consultation appointment within two days. I had such a great experience at KE Southlake! I felt welcomed upon entering, waited approximately 5 minutes to be called to have my eyes evaluated, I received a tour, and met with Noelle to answer questions and discuss payment options all in an hour! During the tour of the procedure room, Noelle provided an in depth explanation of the procedure and tools used in the procedure, in layman's terms. Noelle is very personable, knowledgeable, patient, and thorough; which has greatly helped to relieve my anxieties about the procedure. I'll be scheduling an appointment soon!
