I would give them 5 Stars but they still have work to do on getting patients back to see their selected Dr. or Tech in a timely fashion. There is no reason a person that have as appointment at 2:40 should have to wait until 3:20 to go back to a room and sit and wait another 30 minutes. WE as your Patients, have taken time out of our work day (losing money) to sit and wait, making "other" arrangements to pick up children from school.. and then be told, they are running behind and in fact, the back office staff hadn't even been notified that we are there. You have a great thing going here and provide a very valuable service, Don't mess it up with becoming complacent with your Patients. We value your time, Please respect us and value ours. DP
The initial scheduling was a joke. I had the appointment made, they called to reschedule a week in advance, I could work with that because I had to move schedule around since I work and it involves other people. The DAY OF I received a call that they had to reschedule again, normally it wouldn't be a problem but since I had already changed my schedule once, that involved other's changing theirs, I couldn't do it again, they offered to change the appointment to another day, which was the exact date and time of my original appointment. . . They were able to take me the day of but said it might be a longer wait since now I would have to be fit into another Dr's schedule. The Dr's and office staff are GREAT but that just annoyed me.
