Keep An Eye on New Facility

Everybody seems to keep their eye on a new construction project from ground-breaking to ribbon-cutting, and the new facility for Kleiman Evangelista Eye Centers is no different.

“Internally and externally, it stands out, especially with the crazy roof lines,” Eric Roddy said.  He is the director of sales and marketing for Kleiman | Evangelista.  “This will be a modern and technologically advanced facility.”

The new facility is scheduled to open for business at the end of January.  Currently, Kleiman Evangelista Eye Centers is located in Arlington and Plano.  In addition to the impressive amenities and design, the new Arlington location will get plenty of eyeballs on it.

“The visibility and easy access from Interstate 20 as well as the close proximity to The Highlands Shopping Center and The Parks Mall make this location a can’t-miss building,” Roddy said.

Exactly, what it is happening at this point in the construction?  Well, the brick is up and the stone is just about done.  Furthermore, the windows are in.  Thus, future inclement weather will not hinder the construction process.  FJW Construction in Arlington is the general contractor for the project.  They have an extensive background of constructing medical facilities.
